Seem to be an account that just spams ads to other free accounts and begs for tips.
She posts the same pics over and over to make it look like she has a ton of content as far as I can tell.

She is selling a face reveal picture for like $600. During the bits of the Livestream I watched she did "accidentally" show her left eye for 1 second. But I didn't watch the whole thing.
