No idea. If you can't on patreon directly you might need an extension or something.

Haven't tried in a while, but I used to be able to download stuff from Patreon with the extension "Allow Right-Click." I use it on Edge, but it exists on all chromium based browsers I believe. I can download stuff with Onlyfans with it as well, but not sure about DRM protected stuff.

On any webpage, you just click the extension and it literally allows you to right-click like normal. Usually this means you can right-click and download.
